- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Customized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. RETURN PROCESS
If you would like to return an item, follow these simple steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RA#) along with return shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA#. Ship it to our return address at:

Note:
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need a different size, model, or replacement for a defective item, we offer free exchanges under these conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The new item must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
- We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or engraved watches.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
