At DOLLYSPARKNIE, we are dedicated to ensuring a fast, reliable, and secure shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and other important details regarding order fulfillment.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer both domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to selected countries. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We work with reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Estimated shipping times depend on the chosen method at checkout.
For domestic shipping within the United States, standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers within 1 business day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM CST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
For international shipping, delivery times vary based on the region. Shipping to Canada and Mexico typically takes 7 to 12 business days, while deliveries to Europe may take 10 to 15 business days. Orders shipped to Asia generally arrive within 12 to 20 business days, and other international locations may require 14 to 25 business days. Customs clearance and local postal services may affect delivery times.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or engraved orders may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once a package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Customers can monitor their order status by using the provided tracking link. If any issues arise while tracking a package, our customer support team is available to assist.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
While we aim to ship worldwide, certain restrictions apply:
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is possible through USPS, but express delivery options may not be available for these locations.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than the estimated shipping time.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
We take great care in packing and shipping orders, but in the rare case of lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, we are here to assist.
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers should check with neighbors, building management, or their local post office before contacting us. If the package is still missing, we must be notified within seven days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged shipments, customers should take photos of the product and packaging upon arrival and report the issue to info@dollysparknie.com within 48 hours of delivery to begin the claims process.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues may occur. If an order is significantly delayed, our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
If a customer needs to update their shipping address after placing an order, they must contact us within 12 hours at (334) 762-2778. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.
